My mother-in-law has a countertop convection oven. She loves it and uses it every day. It does a great job cooking small meals or baking rolls. She can cook several items in the convection toaster oven. She can prepare a small meal and cook it without having to use different pots or pans. It cooks her meals completely. It fits into her cabinet and does not take up room in her kitchen. When she uses the oven it keeps the kitchen cooler than baking with her standard oven.
