Convection Oven

My mother-in-law has a countertop convection oven. She loves it and uses it every day. It does a great job cooking small meals or baking rolls. Since she doesn’t have to use her regular stove to cook meals, it saves her money. The oven uses less electricity to do the same job. Another reason she loves it, is it's convenient.

She can cook several items in the convection toaster oven. She can prepare a small meal and cook it without having to use different pots or pans. It cooks her meals completely. One of her favorite items to bake is pecan pies. The oven makes it easy to watch the pie as it cooks. The glass door makes it easy to see how things are cooking. When she sees the pecans browning she knows the pie is almost done.

Heating up left-over food is another thing she likes to do with it. The hot air makes it easy to reheat food without spoiling the flavor. The concentrated heat of the convection microwave oven makes it reheat food quickly. The smallness of it makes it ideal to bake bread. She enjoys baking bread with her oven. The bread cooks quickly and comes out perfect. Another reason she likes her convection oven is it's easy to clean up.

The oven is small enough for her to store it in a cabinet when it is not in use. It's really easy to clean with a wet rag. She wipes the oven down and it is ready to store. It fits into her cabinet and does not take up room in her kitchen. When she uses the oven it keeps the kitchen cooler than baking with her standard oven. This means a great deal to her because she hates working in a hot kitchen. She also likes used iphones.
